A Thorough & Professional Home Inspection

A SECRET TO SUCCESS: A Professional Service with a Personal Approach.
Buying a new home can be a very exciting and yet a very trying experience. Having the right information and in a timely manner can make all the difference. The goal of Complete Home Inspections is to ensure that you receive a thorough and professional inspection report with the answers you need to feel confident in going forward with this major investment. The inspection processes we utilize and the reports we generate cover every accessible facet of a typical residence; electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, attics, foundations, crawl spaces, and even pools. Once completed, the inspector will personally go over the report with the client if they're available to attend and follow-up within 24 hours with the final report and pictures of the issues in question.  It is the goal of Complete Home Inspections that, at the end of the inspection and after receiving the final report, the client be as fully aware as possible of the overall condition of the home and confident in their decision going forward.

A Professional and Thorough Inspection is an Unbiased Assessment.

"A friends opinion is not the same a professional inspection."

Although friends and relatives have great intentions based on their own experiences, they may overstate or understate an issue that truly requires a trained inspector to give an unbiased assessment of the situation and make recommendations accordingly. Unless they are trained and really know what to look for, they will miss things that can be expensive to repair after you have already closed and moved into your new home.

Since beginning in January of 2003, 20 years ago, Complete Home Inspections LLC has performed many, many inspections and constantly receives numerous personal referrals from friends, families of previous clients, from mortgage companies, from real estate agents, and appraisers. Let Complete Home Inspections work for you.

How soon can an inspection be performed? How long does the inspection process take, and am I allowed

A home inspection will typically require 2 - 3 hours to complete depending upon the size of the home and its status (vacant or occupied).  This is due to all of the systems that need to be inspected and the time we take to go over the findings with the client.

Normally, a home inspection can be scheduled and performed within 48 hours. However, market conditions may effect how readily the inspection can be performed. A final report incorporating the digital photos is emailed to the clients within 24 hours of completing the inspection.

Due to the inspection process and all the components in the home that are included, the clients are encouraged to arrive towards the end of the inspection and to ask as many questions as they need.  It is vital the client leave the appointment having all their questions answered and feeling confident in their decision regarding the property.
